After 12 days of having nothing but problems and countless conversations with their support services, in which most of the replies were scripted, I decided to cancel out and move to a different host. Ipage advertises a 30 day full money back guarantee, I am still fighting with them to receive mine. While using various stalling tactics, their latest is "Our Refund Tool is Broken"......Give me a break. While waiting for my refund....I moved my pages to hostgator. The site was up and totally functional within 1 hour, something that ipage couldn't do in 12 days!! After reading all the great reviews about ipage I decided to move in.
