Hostgator, as my top recommendation in reseller hosting, has two main office in the United States. Both are located at the sunny Florida.

I have the site http://www.danmark.nu on hostgator and we here in scandinavia never had any problems with hostgator, it dosent matter where it is located but more important that it is a great service.
