It does sound more like a messed up .htaccess file so it might has nothing to do with your host. I do not represent iPage and I'm not an IT specialist... but since you drop a comment here, I would like to see if there's anything I can help. @Robin: I am sorry to hear about your terrible situation. It started of with the difficulty in the installation of Wordpress. It has been 5 days and all my sites has gone topsy-turvy with redirects. The worse thing is, your technical is so engrossed in resolving all the calls that they failed to double check all my sites that they have 'helped' with. I'm having second though about iPage now, and ... i don't know what else to say. Currently, I’m a user of iPage for my sites. iPage used to be great with your technical service but sad to say not anymore.
