I agree with yinon,
I have been with ipower since about 1995, and I have have watched them improve continually. In fairness I have had some issues in the past, but I have found there CSR to be timely and informative. There new cpanel is very easy to navigate, the online tutorials for newbies is very concise and easy to follow. Notwithstanding, I’m sure some people may have had problems, but that’s the nature of our electronic world. I am an IT Services provider and Graphic Designer and this site works out for me. My website is set up only for uploading files at the moment, so I can’t comment on full blown websites of my own. I could mention other sites, but that would be advertising and this is not the place. I have had other associates switch to ipower and I have had nothing but rave reviews. One man’s poison is another man’s meat I guess.
FYI: I have never had an un-resolved Service Ticket.

you’re kidding, . .right, Yinon?? We’ve been with Ipower for 5 years and have had NOTHING but trouble and a majority of it stems form speaking to CSR personnel who speak exactly as you do – errors in both syntax, & grammar.
Please. . . can someone locate a qualified representative for IPower? (Not that they’d have anything better to say)

I think Ipower is better. I host there for over 3 years. I didn’t tried bluehost but I tried others and ipower seems to me the best.
For both beginners and pro’s.
