Bluehost is a well known name in web hosting industry with a good number of satisfied customers and quality services.
Lately the hosting company was reviewed in comparison with Lunarpages (Read Bluehost vs Lunarpages) here.
This article will discuss the differentiating features of Bluehost and iPower hosting, in order to make it easier for user to decide which hosting he should continue with.
Who’s better: Bluehost hosting or iPower?
iPower is a little less popular that that of Bluehost, but has enough users. Why Bluehost is ahead in the competition? Here’s the short analysis.
- Bluehost seems a little expensive as compared to iPower, but exploring the features you’ll find it more cost effective as it allows more resources while resources like disk space, bandwidth, MySQL databases etc are very limited at iPower hosting.
- Bluehost offers secure servers for E Commerce and shopping sites, while the features’ list at iPower hosting doesn’t clearly mention anything in this regard on site, so, its better if support is contacted.
- Bluehost will be the best choice for multimedia sites, i.e. flash, shockwave, audio and video streaming etc, while iPower may not be a suitable option for this.
- Fantasico, Simple Scripts, and Cpanel together make an easy way for non technical business individuals to setup scripts and manage site in an effective manner at Bluehost.

I think Ipower is better. I host there for over 3 years. I didn’t tried bluehost but I tried others and ipower seems to me the best.
For both beginners and pro’s.
you’re kidding, . .right, Yinon?? We’ve been with Ipower for 5 years and have had NOTHING but trouble and a majority of it stems form speaking to CSR personnel who speak exactly as you do – errors in both syntax, & grammar.
Please. . . can someone locate a qualified representative for IPower? (Not that they’d have anything better to say)
