There are some providers giving web hosting packages at $1 per month. I have tested one such provider for over one year, and I think starters can try these hosts. Check out webhostingworld.net, I am also checking their uptime since a year or so, only 3/4 minutes down time per week, that’s around 15 minutes a month. 1250GB webspace, unlimited bandwidth – not bad for the starters, huh?

WEBHOSTINGPAD BUYERS BEWARE

I signed up for 3 years unfortunately.
This provider has been a problem from the start, the main aim is to get your card details, after when you need service, to be contacted by different student types who have no knowledge or authority.
After 6 months could not get a connection, 12 months later I decided to cut my losses & run!
I had tried 3 other ‘service providers’ & on a scale 1 to 10 they would get – YES MINUS 100.
