Hi Jerry

I certainly agree that HostGator are a good company. I just hope they don’t get so big that they lose site of what really matters and drop the ball so to speak.

I think it would be great if you can do a follow up interview in a years time to see how the company is doing then, what they have achieved in the previous year (especially considering the times we are in) and what their plans are for the future.

I have tried several other hosting companies, always to be disappointed. I have been with Hostgator for 4 months now and have not had one single problem. everything they offer runs smoothly.
I now host about 10 websites with them and could not be happier (unless of course the get their windows hosting up and running, that would make me even happier)

I have been thinking about moving my domains to Hostgator based on recommendations from some of the people that I network with. My existing hosting company is not always too reliable, and I think this excellent article has made my mind up for me.

I have to say I really enjoyed this interview and the Hostgator story as a whole. Brent is a great CEO and if a customer has a problem and wants to speak to him he will respond. Even being one of the largest hosting companies around you still get a sense of a small personal company with them.

I have used hostgator for years and never had a problem – medium sized reseller account, they are the best in the industry both for what they offer and for customer service. Think that I’ve only needed to go on their ticket system two or three times in 4 years or so.

Indeed the free toll free number is a stunning feature for business owner. They are the first who provide such service free.

However to me what is impressive is not the quality of hosting features they posses (Afterall high tech features are easily available with money) but the attitude towards the hosting business. Their dedication is undeniable.
