Hostgator Uptime Review
From my record, Hostgator hosting yield over 99.9% in my record. I started tracking their server after setting up this blog and I couldn’t believe my eyes when I see the numbers – 99.93% server uptime. To be frank I knew they are good but I didn’t realise they are THIS GOOD. If what you want is a stable hosting server with fast response speed, and do not mind pay a little extra, then you don’t have to look anywhere beyond Hostgator.

HostGator: You Had Me At ‘Hello! "After coming from such a bad experience at GoDaddy I had to post and share how really great HostGator has been just in the few days I’ve been a member. I so very much appreciate the minimalist design with HostGator’s web presence, including the home page and cPanel. Anyone who has a domain or host account with GoDaddy knows how busy their site is! It’s a mess IMHO. Maybe I’m just imagining it but I really think my site with HostGator is snappier. True, the account is only 3 days old and it wasn’t a site transfer; just a clean fresh WordPress install. But even when my site was fresh with GoDaddy there seem to be some lag. My 10 month review on Hostgator "Howdy all. This is the second time I’ve been w/ HG. The first time I simply outgrew my HG account and needed to get a dedicated server. I had since sold off my bandwidth/server-heavy websites and, again, went shopping for a shared environment. I rediscovered HG and have been a thankful customer for the past 10 months. I’ve only had to contact TechSupp on three or four occasions and, each time, was met with professionalism and courtesy. I’m hosting five sites with HG, one of them fairly traffic heavy with hits as high as 3k unique visitors in one day. The server’s been rock solid and the control panel is one of the best I’ve ever seen.
