They are pretty new (started business in year 2008) but they are growing extremely well in business. I was lucky enough to get a free account from the management about 7 months back (early 2009) and had been watching them for quite some time. Below are my findings and opinions about the web host.

Why JustHost is my Best Budget Hosting?
JustHost price is not the cheapest you can found online. WebHostingPad, for example, offer a much cheaper package ($1.99/mo) in contrast.
HOWEVER, Best Budget Hosting is not just about being low price. Best Budget Hosting is about the best hosting services at a below-par pricing and this is why I picked JustHost recently as the new winner in this category. JustHost was not in my radar previously but they had me now with their extraodinary service quality. Frankly, I didn’t have the chance to test them truly so far but I got loads of emails and Tweets about how good are things with JustHost. At time of writing, JustHost offers two hosting plans – JustPlan and JustPlan Premium. Both hosting plans offer unlimited disk space, bandwidth, email accounts as well as every other feature you expect from a professional web hosting company; the only difference between these two is that users get 3 free domain (instead of one) in JustPlan Premium.

The biggest ‘promotion’ you can get from JustHost at this time of writing is the price cut ($3.45/mo) you get when you subscribe into a 48 months plan. Now I know paying 48 months upfront for hosting services seems a little crazy but bear in mind that JustHost offers anytime money back gurantee. This make things absolutely safe to pay upfront to enjoy the extra savings – simply ask for a pro-rated refund if you are dissatisfy with their services! The savings you make (compare to a standard 12 months subscription) is $120!

JustHost is above average (but still average)! "I’ve been using JustHost for nearly a year now. Their cPanel is absolutely lovely and always kept up-to-date with the latest software. I never have to manually install or upgrade any of the website features that I design with. HOWEVER, I have to say that 90% of the time, my website, even with minimal content, is incredibly laggy or the MySQL server will overload with only 5 user accounts being stored and less than 100 forum posts. "Nobodies perfect and justhost lacks a little in the phone support, it’s good but it usually take 3-4 minutes to get an answer and occassionally you find yourself being transfered to a different department.
